1. Welcome
By creating an account or using We Unearthed, you agree to these terms. We Unearthed is a wellness practice built for women and operated by We Unearthed LLC, Georgia, United States.
2. Your Account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
3. Using We Unearthed
Use the app for your own personal wellness and reflection. Do not upload content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the service.
4. Subscriptions
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued full access requires a monthly or yearly subscription, billed through your Apple or Google account at the price shown in the app. Prices vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Reflections and Acts
Reflections, acts, and insights are generated from what you share and are offered for reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or religious advice.
6. Not a Substitute for Care
We Unearthed is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, contact a mental health professional or a crisis line. The app includes a Safety Resources screen with contacts for your region.
7. Your Content
You own what you write, record, and upload. You grant We Unearthed only the rights needed to store it, process it, and show it back to you as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and Availability
The service is provided as is. Features may change and may be unavailable at times. When these terms change, the date at the top changes. For a significant change, we will email you.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
